Estefanny is committed to working with Indigenous communities and organizations as they design and deliver their capacity building plans. A graduate of the University of British Columbia (UBC), she served as a project manager and business developer for its micro-certificate program in Sustainability Reporting and Environmental Metrics, including design of a curriculum that empowers organizations to assess and communicate their environmental performance. Estefanny is driven by a passion for resource management, social and environmental performance, and sustainability.
